Is there a report that I can run that identifies which students have care plans? | CCSD HealthOffice Support

Is there a report that I can run that identifies which students have care plans?

Yes, the report is a 118. It will show you all the relevent student data such as age, DOB, gender and also the name of the care plan. It will also show you when the care plan was last modified. When creating or editing a care plan, be sure to always name it after the special problem it was created for, such as "Diabetes", "ADHD", "Seizures". This will help nurses decide which care plans are 'high priority' at the start of each school year.

If a care plan is resolved or no longer active, Do Not delete the care plan in Healthmaster.  On the Care Plan set up screen, enter the word, "INACTIVE" after the care plan name to identify which care plans are no longer active at your school.  Don't forget to uncheck the Care Plan checkbox on the Special Problem screen.

*** When creating or changing the name of a Care Plan / Medical Alert, do not use the backslash  /  symbol in any part of the Care Plan name or date.  You may use the dash  -  symbol.  By using the backslash  /  you may cause an error in the Care Plan area of the program.
