Health Office Status

There are some peak periods of time during the day where we are reaching the maximum number of users on Healthmaster at the same time.  We are asking that if you leave your desk for an extended period of time (lunch, duty, etc.) that you log out of Healthmaster then log back in when you return.

 

08/13/2015

Ready for the new school year?  Well Health Master is ready!  All students should be at their correct locations.  We have not received student rollover data from Infinite Campus, but we have been provided with access to the transportation database.  So until we get something from IC we will use transportation.

Students records have been prepped for the new year.  All students have been placed in an Archive school.  If you are missing a student give us a call and we will get you access.

We now should have no-show students set to archived status. Students that are no longer at your school should not be in your 101 listing.

Below are the outstanding issues that we are having problems with from Infinite Campus. We are doing our best to work these out, but the process is quite tedious.  Please bear with us and we will get this worked out eventually.

 Current Outstanding Issues:

Child Find

  • Students that are being entered into IC have no school enrollment, so they cannot be exported.

If you have a large list of students that need to be transferred, please send an e-mail to shoms.help@interact.ccsd.net with the student ID # and Names and we will get them entered/added.

We now have room numbers for elementary students in Health Master.

Health Master Student Data Update

Thanks to Transportation allowing us to access their student data we have been able to update Health Master.
 
Although some archived students may not be assigned appropriately until we have a good data feed from Infinite Campus, All active students have been assigned to their current schools.  
 
If you find any major problems with your students please let us know so that we can correct the issue.

Health Master Student Data Update

Updated student information has still not been provided to us to update Health Office.  Infinite Campus is having problems with their data export program, which sends us the data to update Health Office.  We should have all student records updated in Health Office by Thursday August 21st.  We will update this page to let you know the current status of the rollover.

Important Health Office Installation Information

If you are installing Health Office on a CCSD imaged computer, be aware that when the program install completes, you will be prompted you to restart your computer to complete installation.  Please "DO NOT" allow the computer to restart. If you allow your computer to restart, you may crash the computer and require the machine to be reimaged.

 Health Office has been upgraded to 5.7.  Click here to view the release notes. Your computer should automatically update to the newest version.  If your computer does not download and install the new version you can download the program here.

Health Office will be down for the majority of the day today as we are upgrading the server to Version 5.7.  Please check back here to see when the server update has completed and you can log back in.  All updates from SASI have been completed and the new school year rollover has been completed.  Release notes will be posted as soon as the update has been performed.  Thank you for your patience.

HealthOffice has been upgraded to version 5.6 SP 5.  Your computer should automatically update to the newest version.  If your computer does not download and install the new version you can download the program HERE.

Service pack 4 has been recalled and is no longer being pushed to the client computers.  Health Master development is working on fixing these bugs, we have been assured that they will have a fix by Friday.

There still is an existing issue with the 502 Prescription report.  We are working on a temporary fix to be able to generate here to send out on a requested basis.  Please check back for the procedure for requesting a 502.

Health office has been updated to Service Pack 4.  Here is the link to download and install the Service Pack if you have previously had Health Office installed on your computer.

If you have never had Health Office installed on your computer please download and install the following file.

Once that has completed go back and install the Health Office 5.6 SP4 Update file.

There are known issues with the 502 report and it is not working.  Health Master has been notified and we will let you know what the status is once we know what is going on.

All "Notify Faculty" buttons from special problem records, have been unchecked.

Scheduled down time has been scheduled for 08/23/2011 from 07:00 am until 12:00 pm.

05:40am: A fresh import of student has been started from SASI.
